1. Overview

I redesigned and developed OP Energy Drinks’ Shopify storefront, transforming a brand entering the energy drink market with no established identity into a structured, conversion-ready experience. Built a bold digital presence with refined branding, updated logo design, and cohesive visual direction centered on focus and performance. Developed a full web style scape using the Nippo typeface, clean color hierarchy, and strategic storytelling to define the brand’s digital persona. Implemented foundational SEO practices to position OP Energy within the Energy, Fitness, and Gaming categories. The result established brand clarity, improved recognition, and created a unified experience across product packaging and web.

2. Problem

OP Energy Drinks entered the market without a defined visual identity or digital foundation. The brand relied on a low-resolution logo and lacked structure across its presentation and messaging. With no clear system for storytelling or online engagement, it struggled to communicate value, credibility, and differentiation in a crowded energy drink space. The absence of cohesive branding and user experience limited recognition and early-stage growth potential.

3. Process

The process began with a full audit of OP Energy Drinks’ existing assets and digital structure. The visual identity was rebuilt from the ground up, refining the original logo and establishing a consistent system through the Nippo typeface, defined color hierarchy, and packaging alignment. A complete web style scape was developed to unify tone and layout, creating a digital experience centered on clarity and performance. The Shopify site was designed to guide users through a streamlined funnel focused on awareness and conversion. Foundational SEO practices were implemented to align the brand with Energy, Fitness, and Gaming audiences. The result established a cohesive identity and user experience built for scalability and trust.

Following the pre-order launch, OP Energy Drinks recorded substantial performance gains across all key metrics within its first couple of weeks. Sessions increased 506 percent, validating the SEO, branding, and UX strategy. The site achieved a 3.39 percent conversion rate, outperforming typical early-stage Shopify averages and demonstrating clear product-market fit. Gross sales reached $7,701 with an average order value of $76.50, signaling strong consumer trust and effective bundle positioning. Returning customers accounted for 5.06 percent of orders, typical for a new DTC brand establishing its base. Mobile users represented 75 percent of sessions, confirming the strength of the responsive design and mobile-first funnel. These results confirmed that the new identity, site architecture, and SEO foundation built measurable traction and positioned the brand for scalable growth.
